Our Programmes:
All Mindflow programmes are taught by experienced meditation practitioners with many years experiential understanding of mindfulness, acceptance and compassion based practices. In addition to this Mindflow teachers have undertaken substantial professional training in some or all of the following; Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT); Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR); Cultivating Emotional Balance (CEB); Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT); Compassion Training and Mindfulness Yoga.
Mindflow programmes synthesise mindfulness, acceptance and compassion, grounded within Eastern Philosophy, with aspects of Western Science including Congitive Neuroscience; Cognitive Science, Positive Psychology and Humanistic Psychology.
Mindflow offers a variety of training programmes all of which incorporate aspects of MBCT, MBSR, CEB, ACT, Compassion and Mindfulness Yoga. Mindflow programmes provide comprehensive training in mindfulness and contemplative practices for individuals, groups and communities.
