Workplace Training Programmes:

8-week Mindfulness - Cultivating Workplace ‘Engagement’ Programme:

This programme comprises of eight two hour sessions taking place once a week. It is a structured programme comprising of attentional training and emotional regulation through mindfulness and compassion practices. Providing the ‘methods’ to reduce stress and anxiety and enhance positive mind states such as contentment and balance.

Lunchtime Mindfulness Sessions:

A representative from Mindflow would attend your workplace to offer mindfulness meditation practices for your staff.  These would take place at lunchtimes and would be for one hour duration.

Mindfulness Counselling Sessions:

Individual mindfulness counselling sessions may be booked. Mindfulness counsellors would be willing to attend the workplace. A minimum of six sessions per client would be required.

Staff Training Programme:

Mindflow offers staff training programmes enabling core members of your workforce acquire the ‘methods’ to support others experiencing stress within your organisation/profession.

Introductory talks/presentations:

To find out what mindfulness is about and what we could offer.

Taster/orientation sessions:

Will introduce you to the practice of Mindfulness which will give you a flavour of what will be offered during the ‘Cultivating Workplace Engagement Programme’, giving you the opportunity to ask any related questions.

Day-long workshops:

Workshops that go over one or more days and allow to get an in-depth experience of mindfulness training.
