One 2 One Mindfulness Training

 

 

One 2 One:

One 2 One mindfulness sessions are particularly beneficial if being part of a group is difficult for or you require total anonymity.  Mindflow works within an ethical framework of complete confidentiality. Mindfulness sessions will be conducted face to face, currently available in Liverpool, Hoylake and Chester, each session lasting 1 hour.  Mindfulness meditation CD's, learning materials and home practice sheets will be given and you will be required to  practice each day.  These sessions are based on our 8 week mindfulness programme.
